As GeNi LLC’s valuation and infrastructure have increased with completed apps and active ventures, revenue share allocations have been adjusted accordingly.

Revenue share applies to gross operating revenue generated by GeNi LLC and its active ventures unless otherwise specified in the final agreement.
How the Revenue Share Works

Investors receive quarterly revenue share payouts based on actual business performance across GeNi LLC’s portfolio.
✅ Portfolio or Venture-Specific Exposure
Investors may participate in:

This is a revenue participation structure, not equity.
GeNi LLC retains ownership and control while partners earn from growth.
